The motor of the fan has 1,1 KW capacity, uses 380V-50Hz 3 phases  power. Its axis and ball-bearing is high quality so it gets used to a lot of harsh environment and operates enduringly with over 20 years durability.

The fan has six blades twisted like pea cover. The blades are made of stainless steel and pressed by machines with high technology so they are able to sustain high pressure, erosion and be self-cleaning. The fan is statically and dynamic balanced for the highest efficiency, low noise and low vibration.

The propeller is attached to a central pulley and motor by a large v-belt being able to adjust the tension. The axle-bearing is embeded a double ball bearing protected agaisnt water. The belt transmission ensures low propeller rpm, which ensures high efficiency, low enery consumption as well as low noise.

The square fan housing and air conveyor is made of galvanised steel with 1,2mm thick and strengthened by making ribs. Because of these, the fan becomes highly solid and sustains huge pressure.

Shutter side is made up shutter blades united them with two couterweight mechanisms. These couterweight mechanisms will help shutter side automatically to open and close synchronically and quietly. The shutter blade is made of galvanised steel, which is stronger than aluminium, aluminium alloy and plastic,  and strengthened by making ribs to sustain huge pressure and make firm and tight structure.

Shutter side is opened automatically by the air flow when the fan is working and closed tightly automatically to prevent any air leakage, rain, sunshine, dust from the fan and guarantee the safety of workshop when it is not working. The shutter does not have to be cleaned regularly as being self-cleaning and dust does not affect its opening and closing movement. All turning hinges of shutters are made of acetalic plastic with UV protection.

When the fan starts to work, shutter side is  is opened automatically by the air flow with aperture reaching 90⁰ maximum. This aperture is maintained by couterweight mechanisms. Because of only needing a first air pressure to open shutters, capacity is wasted little, air flow is high and very higher than the patented centrifugal system which always wastes a partial capacity to maintain the opening of shutters during the fan is working. When the fan is not working, shutter side is closed tightly automatically by couterweight mechanisms effected by the difference of pressure between inside and outside of the fan.

Pyramidal safety mesh is installed at the rear opposite to shutter side to guarantee the safety when the fan is working.

When Exhaust Fan HF1380 is combined to the system including cooling pads and inox gutter, they will make the evaporative cooling system making fresh, cool and more oxygenic air, the movement of air and the ideal working condition in workshop.

Evaporative Cooling Pad 7090, is made of special cellulose paper and highly endosmotic water, with physical flutes having height of wave 7mm. These flutes are united each other to make an  angle of cut-off  90⁰ and they look like honeycomb structure. This special design yields larger square face in the same volume space, increases possible contact, rub and collision between air and crumpled face of the pad. Membranous water is taken shape and it covers face of the pad. When air goes through the membranous water, evaporative process into air will happen, simultaneously change temperature and humidity of the air flow. So this process is called the temperature-humidity exchange process.

The principle of the pad operation

Evaporative Cooling Pad operates under the principle of natural evaporative water. When hot and dry airflow is exhausted through wet pad, water will absorb heat of this air flow, simultaneously, water is evaporated to make temperature of the airflow to decrease and humidity of the airflow to increase suitalbly. Application of the pad to make fresh and cool air is one of the best confident and economic solutions. The self-cleaning and possible endosmosis of special cellulose papers guarantees the pad not to be decayed in water environment and maintains of the pad highly.

The temperature-humidity exchange process between water and air: Because water temperature is lower than air temperature exhausted from outside to inside workshop, evaporative water will absorb apart of heat of air and make water hotter, oppositely air becomes cooler and humidity in air increases suitalbly.

Pad “Black+” is developped on two basic models including Pad 7090 and Pad 7060. For this reason, aside fromspecial “Black+” protective coating, its shape, structure, standard dimension, declination of wave, angle of cut-off and saturation efficiency or pressure drop are similar to Pad 7090 or Pad 7060.

Pad “Black+” is developped specially for harsh and tough condition. It is an ideal evaporative cooling media for gas turbine inlet, textile factories, harsh water condition, locations exposed to sand storm and the application where risk of algae and bacterial growth is high. With special protective coating in Pad “Black+”, the surface will not allow algae or bacteria or mineral deposits to anchor themself.

Operation principle of Air Cooler KT-18DS

The cooler operates under the principle of evaporation. The process treating temperature-humidity between water and air is happened in the space of machine room by axial fan with large air flow, cooling pad and water pump. Fresh and cool air in the machine room wil be pumped into workshop by axial fan through the system of wind pipeline. Dry and hot air and dust inside workshop is pushed out by differential pressure.The cooler has small and tidy composition with the system of air pipelines leading fresh and cool air into the area needing to be made cool. For this reason, we can apply to make cool air for total workshop or a part of workshop.

The cooler has side outlet and it includes the following main parts:

–          Cover of the cooler: it is made of PP plastic protecting it from harsh condition of weather and ultraviolet rays;

–          One axial fan including three or nine blades like kestrel’s wing and large airflow;

–          The bottom of the cooler: containing water and put together equipments.
